Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether money has previously been ringfenced by Medr for specific institutions?

The Welsh Government allocates funding to Medr annually on a financial year basis, which Medr allocates to individual higher education and further education institutions in Wales. Medr has the final decision on allocation of funds.
Medr publishes detail of its funding allocations for each institution on its website annually, in advance of the academic year.
