Further to WQ97893, when does the Welsh Government foresee a works contract template being developed and available to the Welsh Cladiators?

Collaboration with UK Government on the works contract template for use by developers and responsible entities is currently underway. A publication date has not yet been identified but a draft is expected within the next few months, and all parties are committed to completing the work as quickly as possible.
