What progress has been made on the outline business case for replacing the Ablett unit with a new mental health inpatient facility at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd?

Following the approval of the Outline Business Case for the Adult and Older Persons Mental Health Unit, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board have been developing the Full Business Case for submission to the Welsh Government for consideration.
