Question
What consideration has the Welsh Government given to the future viability of the Leaseholder and Residents Forum given the Welsh Cladiators have decided to no longer take part?

I established the Leaseholder and Resident Forum in April 2025 following calls from the Welsh Cladiators. The meeting on 17 March was always due to be the final meeting of this Senedd term. It will be for the incoming government to decide how it wants to take forward future engagement with leaseholders and residents. I would like to thank the Welsh Cladiators for their ongoing commitment to the building safety agenda.
