Question
Will the First Minister list all external communications, PR and marketing agencies which received payments from the Welsh Government during 2025–26, together with the total amount paid to each organisation?

The period in question relates entirely to the previous administration. As First Minister, I am accountable to the Senedd for the actions and decisions of my government, not those of a previous one. Officials will write to you in due course with information relating to your request.
