What proposals will be made by the Welsh Government to make renting in Wales 'fairer' this Senedd term, as proposed in Plaid Cymru's 'The First 100 Days' document?

I will be making an oral statement to the Senedd setting out my priorities for housing, which includes making rents fairer, before the summer recess.
