Will the Cabinet Minister provide the details and estimated costs of the Welsh Government's plans to develop Trydan Gwyrdd Cymru into a single national energy company?

Welsh Government will provide a plan to deliver the Welsh Public Energy Company within the first 100 days of the current Government term. Detailed cost estimates will be set out alongside that plan.
