What will be the budget and salary for the proposed role of the pan-Wales director for out-of-hospital care arrangements?

A stronger voice for primary and community care that drives forward essential service and culture shift will be key to a sustainable NHS.
Officials are working with partners, including with NHS Performance and Improvement (NHS P&I) on the available options in relation to job role design. Once the role has been defined and agreed it will be subject to job evaluation in line with normal processes to set the salary level.
