Will the Welsh Government publish all external consultancy spending by department for the last three financial years?

Expenditure on external consultancy is included within overall expenditure totals published in the Welsh Government’s Accounts, which are available from the Welsh Government website. The accounts for 2025-26 are currently in progress and will be published once audited.
