How will the Welsh Government respond to the Law Commission’s recent report proposing the legalisation of new funerary methods?

This is an important and sensitive area.
We will consider the full implications of the Law Commission’s report, along with the other reports in the same project including the upcoming report on Rights and Obligations relating to Funerary Methods, Funerals and Remains.
We will respond to the Law Commission in due course.
