Will the First Minister confirm whether the two payments of £2,996.99 made to Air Canada on 15 January 2026 on the Welsh Government's procurement credit card represent a duplicate payment?

The expenditure concerned was incurred during the period of the previous administration. However, they do not represent a duplicate payment and they form part of the larger figure referred to in WQ99092.
