Question
How is the Welsh Government working with employers to make careers in Wales more accommodating for armed forces reservists?
Answer
Answered by Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Minister for Social Justice and Equality (Sioned Williams)
The Reserve Forces Cadets and Association (RFCA) funded by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) leads on the Defence Employer relations, including promotion and management of the Defence Employer Relationship Scheme. This has included the RFCA working in partnership with Welsh Government to deliver careers fairs and employment seminars, recognising the skills the Armed Forces community can offer employers in Wales.
