Item 8: Supplementary Legislative Consent Motion on the Environment Bill
Julie James (Welsh Labour) proposed that the UK Parliament should consider parts of the Environment Bill on single use material, where these fall within the Senedd's powers. This is called a legislative consent motion. The Senedd agreed to it.
