Debate on a Member's Legislative Proposal - A Bill on the right to adequate housing
Sian Gwenllian (Plaid Cymru), with Mabon ap Gwynfor, proposed a Bill to bring the right to adequate housing into Welsh law. It would put duties on Ministers and public bodies, set housing targets, strengthen tenant protections and give people a way to seek redress. The Senedd agreed to note the proposal.
