Will the Minister provide an update on the proposed changes to the highway code?

The UK Government are responsible for the recent changes to the Highway Code to which you refer and a summary of their response can be found here: UK Government Response to Highway Code Consultation.
Welsh Government is committed to improving road safety for all road users, particularly those identified as vulnerable users such as pedestrians and cyclists.
We welcome the changes and they will feed into the raft of measures we are introducing here in Wales to help facilitate, encourage and normalise active travel.
