What action has the Minister taken to date with regards establishing a commission to stimulate innovative thinking on community ownership of land and assets in Wales, and for a timescale by which this will be established?

Officials are currently developing the scope and terms of reference for the commission. This will determine the resources required.
The timescale for the establishment of the commission will depend upon the recruitment and availability of a Chair. Discussions are currently taking place with potential candidates.
