Will the Minister make a statement as to when pulmonary rehabilitation services will restart in Rhondda Cynon Taff?

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is currently providing physiotherapy-led respiratory exercise classes at two sites: Troedyrhiw and Tonyrefail. The health board acknowledges that this service does not currently meet the full definition of pulmonary rehabilitation however it is working, though its Respiratory Planning and Delivery Group, to review services as part of a wider transformation of rehabilitation services.
This work will align with the expectation in the Quality Statement for Respiratory Disease that health boards provide access to appropriate rehabilitation opportunities, including social prescribing, exercise referral and pulmonary rehabilitation services; and to peer-support groups, including from the third sector.
