Question
Have any internal civil service working groups, external advisory panels, or secretarial teams within the Welsh Government been established since 13 May 2026 to draft, scope, or consider legislative options for electoral reform and if so, will the Cabinet Minister publish the minutes and attendance logs of any such meetings?

This Government is committed to strengthening democracy in Wales. This includes working to build a cross-party majority to adopt the Single Transferable Vote for future Senedd elections.
